Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions are set out below.  These terms were last changed on May 4, 2008.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.

Your privacy

At Creative English Language Learning, we are concerned about your privacy. Your personal data is used solely for the purpose of tracking your orders and ensuring that we provide the most efficient service.  We will not transfer any of your details to a third party for any purpose without your express permission, unless required by law to do so.

Pricing

All prices are in pounds, but if you have a PayPal account, you can pay in your local currency and the amount will be converted for you. Prices are inclusive of taxes, where applicable.

Shipping

Shipping and handling costs are based on the number of items ordered and the destination.  These costs may vary from time to time according to postal rates and prices of packaging.

Delivery

All delivery times are from clearing of the payment.  Within the UK, items are shipped using second class postage.  This means that the items should reach you within 3 working days after the payment is cleared.   In Israel, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.  Elsewhere in the world, delivery may take 1-3 weeks, depending on the destination.

Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute with Creative English Language Learning, the laws and statutory rights applicable in Israel will be effective.

Returns and cancellations

You may cancel your order up to 7 working days from the day of delivery of the items. To do this, please e-mail us, fax us or write to us.  While you do not have to give any reason for cancellation, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.  If you cancel, you must return the items in their original packaging to us at your own expense and must ensure that the items are complete and packaged adequately to protect against damage.  On receipt of the items, you will receive a full refund. All postage charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrongly supplied items

In the event of items being damaged or wrongly supplied, we will replace them free of charge on receipt of the original items by return post.
